It’s not JUST 8 weeks Month 02: Days 03 & 06

It’s not JUST 8 weeks Month 02: Days 03 & 06 focuses on run preparation. This workout routine is divided into weeks 01 and 02, and then into weeks 03 and 04. You’ll alternate between walking, running and sprinting for the corresponding time.

1) Dynamic Warm Up

2) Weeks 01 & 02

Alternate between the following for 30 minutes:

a. Walk: 1 minute

b. Run: 2 minutes

3) Weeks 03 & 04:

Alternate between the following for 35 minutes:

a. Walk: 1 minute

b. Run: 5 minutes

c. Sprint: 30 seconds
