Week 04 of United states Coast Guard Basic Training has been yet again nothing less than exciting. Our Company Commanders have been keeping us on our toes and though we have had some setbacks, we are starting to work as a team. The week started off with firearms training for which we earned the range pennant, our first one. By mid week we were tested on physical fitness, the positive acknowledgement by our lead company commander meant a lot to the company. By Friday we had our mid-term exam which the entire company passed without a problem. We closed out the week with our assignment dream sheets. Three of the recruits volunteered to be stationed onboard the CGC EAGLE. We are half way there.
