This week has been the most demanding yet, both physically and mentally. It has also been the best yet. We are no longer just a bundled up group of sweaty strangers we are finally starting to mold into Oscar 189. We began seamanship this week a very informative class. The temperature is just right in the class a little too right. Many of our shipmates fell asleep and we were quickly reminded by our CC’s (company commanders) after class that that was not tolerated. Each individual has begun to come together working close, and fitting like pieces of a puzzle a really tired, smelly puzzle. Oscar 189 is far from perfect but one thing is for sure Oscar 189 is ready for week 4
