Bravo 190 Recruit Journal Week 03

Bravo 190 Recruit Journal

What did you say? Week 04 on the horizon?! While we’re all overjoyed we’ve come this far, we’re all just as equally terrified of what is to come. Required knowledge, you better have it down. You also better have you rack and rucksack squared away at all times, your uniforms had better be ironed and pressed for inspections daily, oh, and GET LOUDER BRAVO! Why are we so worried about this now? The company commanders are challenging us and those who cannot meet the standards and we’re all going to find out who will be going to C-190. Aside from the fear, we also try to see what we have been through this week of 03 alone. We’ve done so much incentive training we can’t even count and, as a result, some of us are in the best shape of our lives. Bravo may need to a little more push than other companies but at least we’re willing to endure the pressure. Academically, most of us are flying right through. Seamanship, survival float…check those off the list. Bravo may be afraid, scratch that, cautious for the week ahead but we press on knowing that we’ll keep our heads up with our backs strait the whole way! If week 03 didn’t break us then week 04 definitely won’t.
