Week 02 Summary

Week 02 of boot camp down. 06 weeks left and counting. Hearing the constant “Vroom Vroom” as motivation to move faster, and “Beep Beep Beep Beep, Earth to seaman recruit crazy” all kicks us into gear to sound off and move faster. We all have learned the definition of “Discipline” and have it pretty much memorized thanks to our assistant Company Commanders. If there’s ever a need to hold something semi-light in front of our faces for a long time, I think our company has that handled. Our company got our pieces and right away we learned sniper position. You have to have a lot of patience for sniper position. As we mess up, which we do a lot of, we get put into position we don’t want to be in. As consequences ensue, you can definitely see the team work and comradely start to piece together. Not a second goes by without hearing the effects of the “cape may crud.” We at least have our coughs all in unison.
