Week three has come and gone. Many lessons have been learned and the company is transforming. Red probation belts were given out to 10% of our company and that raised the stress throughout the week. Probation puts a lot of pressure on certain recruits. It can be beneficial of get you reverted. Probation is a chance to learn one on one with a Company Commander and get better as a recruit. Our Company Commanders are the best on the regiment and that is beginning to show. It has taken our company a little longer to adapt and start coming together, but this week we shown forward progress in coming together. Wee three has basically been the transition wee from recruits being individuals to becoming a solid company. Also mail has been more beneficial than any of you loved ones could imagine. Mail is honestly a big factor helping the company bond and connected to one another. It brings out emotions and shows everyone in Delta-194 that we are all alike. With this being said it has helped us start transitioning as a team because it gives us a common goal. This goal is getting home to our loved ones in 04 weeks and the only way to do this is to work together. This week flew by and hopefully the next 04 will do so as well. If we focus on the light at the end of this long dark tunnel called boot camp we will reach April 7th faster than we think we can. It’s honestly a crazy roller coaster here and the stress mounts more and more each passing day. Stress consumes recruits like a terrible sickness and doesn’t do anything but push us closer to our breaking points. Not many more things happened this week other than Seamanship classes and of course some I.T. (Incentive Training) like I stated earlier. We are transforming into a team. As the weeks continue to pass we will grow stronger and be the best company walking this regiment. As week 03 comes to a close, loved ones please continue to be supportive and as you follow our story you all will see that Delta-194 is a diamond in the mud waiting to be polished. By the end of these 08 weeks we will be shining
