Week Ø4 Entry

At this point not everyone can keep up with the fast paced, high intensity environment. Some more recruits get probation this week, to get more attention to make sure they can stay on course with the Company. Those on probation receive running mates, this is someone in the company that helps them along. Though fear of probation and the spotlight turned on you is a scary thought for most it is a necessary step to ensure everyone is Charlie is heading in the right direction and the ultimate goal graduation. The end of week four Charlie got to assist with graduation support for Alpha-197. It gave the company a glimpse of how glorious Friday week eight will be. However, the day is not just handed to you for showing up. You have to earn that day. Charlie Company has come a long way since walking off the bus on the 15th of January. Coming up later this week we all look forward to getting our assignments and duty station locations. Half way there, but there is more work to be done, time to get back to work.
