India 199 Recruit Journal Week 07

International Maritime Signal Flag

Formed: September 22, 2020
Graduates:  November 13, 2020

This week in the world of INDIA was a week of many first and surprises. To start the week off, INDIA got the chance to train on the standard SIG P229 Pistol the Coast Guard uses, before taking our training one step further as we traveled off base to the firearms range. There honing our skills, some of us being sharpshooters, some of us not being able to hit a billboard at arms distance. With that being said, we’ll be just like James Bond in no time I’m sure.

Taking one step further, INDIA sprinted through our final PF Test, increasing our scores all around while showing the regiment what we’re made of.  ON the topic of finals, we also took our final exams this week. Which lead to some nervous looks and flashbacks to taking the High-school SAT or ACT tests. To the round the week off, INDIA donned our official U. S. Coast Guard Ball Covers and hoisted our colors. Showing the regiment who’s boss.
