Lima 199 Recruit Journal Week 07

International Maritime Signal Flag Lima

Formed: October 20, 2020
Graduates:  December 11, 2020

As Lima 199 rolls into week 08 we enjoy more free time and class time. Walking around the regiment on our own is great knowing were the big dogs all this week. Just when we thought the Coast Guard wouldn’t give us more stuff to shove into our seabags we got issued gortex jackets that are way better than the puffy blueberry jackets we have been wearing. Turning those in will be a sweet time. Week 08 has started off nice and smooth. At this point we are squaring away all the travel plans, and lots of boot and shoe shining time, trying to make them shine like mirrors. The females have settled in well to the shoe box room they were moved into during a company move and the males seem to be holding it together. Exciting times for Lima company. Bootcamp really is the best worst experience there is.
